    I wanted a workout that would use the least possible accessories, and found this excellent "personal" trainer. The thing that I find most appealing is the very fact that I'm using my own body to build it up; no machines, no other elements other than what is commonly found in every home. The videos show clearly how to make each exercise; on-screen simple instructions guide you through what you have to do, and how many times to do a rep, and he does all of them so flawlessly that it looks like kid's stuff, but you can be sure it's some serious workout that'll leave you exhausted. You have a pause button to use for any given reason, so you won't loose your workout. The ten week program is interesting and promising. I just started it in hope to see results. I'll try to post my results after the ten weeks (if I can re-edit this review).

    Awesome but please fix: ladders: an up down button would be much better letting you go higher than four. Tabatas: average button instead of lowest rep, if I do 12 reps except the last one where I manage only 10. It's not fun to see it saying I did only ten reps... This is the best app, have recommended it to all my friends, and most of them use it.
