    Sweat has motivated me to stay on track with my training and can diversify my workouts according to what my body feels like. I love doing BBG Stronger at the gym, I feel stronger since I started the training. I do Yoga with Sjiana on weekends in the comfort of my home or anywhere I want as a more relaxing workout, although it’s a very challenging one, and my body feels so good as I do it and after I finish the session. When I need a push, I do cardio and follow metrics on the app. The challenges are fun as well, it helps me explore my limits and do an extra workout whenever I could.

    I bought the year program and instead of paying each month 38 ils , they charged me the full amount of 450 in one month. Also, I don’t think the workouts this app suggests for beginners is suitable for real beginners. Very disappointed

  • Can’t connect to iTunes Store

    I downloaded the app yesterday and wanted to begin my free 7 day trial. However when selecting the option I get a message saying ‘Error cannot connect to iTunes store’. I have tried deleting and restoring the app with the same result. Yet the app is showing that I now have only 6 days left of trial even though I can’t use it. Very disappointed as I have heard great reviews and wanted to try it out for myself.

    I absolutely love Sweat app because it helps me focus on a healthy lifestyle through intensive workouts and meals plan. However the latest version came out and it requires gym equipment so it makes it a little bit difficult to continue working out at home.

    My workouts are devided to 14 minutes per round. It means that round 1 is 14 minutes and round 2 is 14 minutes. This creates a problem to complete the rounds as prescribed. How can i fix it?
